This month’s speaker: Jason Dillard

Jason Dillard a premier Real Estate Investor who has been investing in residential real estate since 1999. He is an active member of the Upstate CREIA. Jason has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, and is an expert in many facets of the real estate investment business including wholesaling properties, rehabbing, and owning rental properties for long term wealth. Jason has a successful seminar business that he gives for free, a few times a year, and also has a boot camp that he also holds at least twice a year that is $5000 for a three day event that he holds in Greenville, SC.

As a nationally renowned speaker, licensed Realtor, and radio show host on WORD, he shares his knowledge with new and advanced investors across the country. Jason’s expertise allows him to generate income in real estate quickly with little or no money. More importantly, he has the heart of a teacher, and is very good at communicating his passion for real estate investing with everyone, from the average Joe, to the more experienced investor. Jason has developed what is called the PSA, or Progressive Success Approach to taking control of almost any piece of property.

In addition, Jason is also the Vice President of Underwriting, co-founder and owner of Catapult Funding. He is considered an expert in every aspect of Residential Real Estate Investing including using retirement accounts to invest. He is experienced in hard money lending, and investing in real estate within his self-directed retirement account (this is exciting!). He began Hard Money lending in 2004 with his own personal funds. Currently, Dillard jointly oversees the daily operations of Catapult Funding while keeping a handle on investment opportunities throughout the residential and commercial real estate markets of South Carolina.
