The name of this page defines what a REIA club is to begin with– an invaluable priceless resource.

Foothills REIA is branching out in ways to help the real estate investing community, and not that just around our area. Here are a few ways we’re doing that today.

• Classifieds listings– members can list their properties for sale, whether it be houses for rent/wholesale/retail, vehicles– this is an invaluable resource that’s available for anyone to browse and shop.
• Yahoo! Group– By now you’ve seen a lot about our Yahoo! Group. It’s a mailing list with over 1,800 subscribers, and has proven to be an important resource for lots of local and not-so-local investors and friends of the investing community.
